KrasnodarA 37-year-old drug dealer from Tula will stand trial in Novorossiysk for attempting to sell a large batch of methadone.

The man purchased the drug online and intended to distribute it in the city using hidden stashes.

He was detained at his temporary place of residence. During a search, over 140 packets of methadone were found there. Another 59 packets were found in his pocket.

The total weight of the seized drug was about 60 grams.

The criminal case has been transferred to court; the accused faces up to 20 years in prison.
