The Amur Bridge is effectively paralyzed for traffic at the moment. There is no precise information yet, but reports indicate that at least a truck and a passenger car were involved in the accident. The latter crashed into the barrier, with the impact tearing apart its entire front section. The collision has caused a massive traffic jam in both directions.

Details of the accident have not yet been disclosed, but eyewitnesses on social media note that one of the drivers was thrown from their vehicle straight into the river. This information has not been confirmed so far.

Earlier, a Honda Fit was involved in a similar incident. The identity of the deceased is being established.
