Opera singer Aida Garifullina and singer Alexey Vorobyov celebrated six months of their official marriage. The couple shared moments from their celebration on their social media accounts.
According to Garifullina’s post, their wedding took place on April 15, 2025. October 15 marked six months since the beginning of their married life. The singer marked the occasion with a photo of a flower and the newlyweds’ hands.
The couple appeared to be spending these days at a mansion in the United Kingdom. Garifullina shared a video from inside the building where they were staying. Outside, a swimming pool and vast meadows were visible. The couple also visited London and Paris, sharing photos and videos from those locations.
“You stole my heart, but in return you let yourself be stolen. Happy anniversary to us, my love,” wrote Vorobyov.
The news that the couple had officially married emerged in mid-May. Garifullina and Vorobyov had long neither confirmed nor denied their relationship. Later, a wedding ring was spotted on the singer’s finger. Some time after, Vorobyov confirmed he was married but did not reveal to whom. The couple revealed their relationship in July by posting a joint photo.
The artists were together during an event that took place in Kazan in 2025. Later, the couple hosted the music competition “Intervision-2025.” In early September, the relationship between Garifullina and Vorobyov was mentioned by the opera singer’s mother. A documentary about the opera singer was recently released.
Garifullina is a native of Kazan. In addition to Russian citizenship, she also holds Austrian citizenship. At age 13, she received a grant to study in Germany and began her education at the Nuremberg University of Music. She later studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. She was previously married to tennis player Marat Safin.
In November 2017, Garifullina was nominated for a Grammy in the “Best Opera Recording” category. She has also been a laureate of the Muslim Magomayev Vocalists Competition and received an award from the Plácido Domingo Operalia International Opera Competition. She has been awarded the titles of Honored Artist of Tatarstan and Russia. She has a daughter named Olivia.
Vorobyov was born in Tula. He began his music career in 2006, performing hits such as “Get You,” “More Than Love,” “Crazy,” and “The Most Beautiful.” He was previously in relationships with Victoria Daineko and Oksana Akinshina. He is also pursuing an acting career. He has received the MUZ-TV Award four times and the Ru-TV Award three times.
