On Monday (2/6/2025), the Regent of Subang, Reynaldy Putra Andita, led the regency-level ceremony in the courtyard of the Subang Regent Office.
In his speech, he expressed deep conviction in the importance of Pancasila as the ideological foundation for development at both national and regional levels.
He stated that Pancasila is not merely a historical document or normative text but the soul of the nation, serving as a guide for collective life in building an independent, united, sovereign, just, and prosperous Indonesia.
«Pancasila is a grand home for Indonesia’s diversity. From the first to the fifth principle, we learn that diversity is not a cause for division but a strength for unity,» emphasized Reynaldy.
He also urged all sectors of society to make Pancasila the foundation for all aspects of life, from education and bureaucracy to the economy and the digital sphere.
On this occasion, he also highlighted the importance of early ideological education in schools, equitable public service delivery, grassroots economic empowerment, and digital literacy that supports ethics and tolerance.
«We want Indonesia to develop not only technologically but also morally,» he explained.
He further called on the entire community to continue implementing Pancasila’s values in daily life, inspiring the nation’s development.
The event was also attended by the Deputy Regent of Subang, the Chair of the Subang Regency Council, members of the Subang Regency Leadership Communication Forum, the Regional Secretary of Subang Regency, the Regent’s experts, and regional assistants.
