Leyte 1st District Representative Martin Romualdez arrived at the office of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) in Taguig City this morning. This marks former House Speaker Romualdez’s first appearance at ICI as a resource person in the investigation into anomalous flood control projects.
