Speculations are now emerging regarding the dismissal of General Nicolas Torre III as Philippine National Police (PNP) chief. Torre allegedly clashed due to arrogance and behavior resembling that of the President of the Philippines. The video shows Torre riding in a Land Cruiser equipped with a blinker while attending as Guest of Honor at the ‘Pavvurulun Afi’ Festival in Tuguegarao City. However, according to the law, only the President, Vice President, Senate President, House Speaker, and Chief Justice are permitted to use blinkers.
