Kylie Padilla and Miguel Tanfelix are enjoying their partnership in “Taskforce Firewall,” saying their pairing offers viewers something different from the usual romantic couple.
On Friday’s “Unang Hirit,” the stars opened up about working together for the first time and the chemistry they have built on set.
Miguel described their dynamic as light and teamwork-driven, admitting that their collaboration initially came as a surprise to him.
“I told her that I never expected we would have a show together. And finally, it’s here,” he said.
The actor also praised Kylie as a co-star, saying he is grateful to work with her.
For Kylie, their pairing stands out because it is rooted in friendship and partnership rather than romance.
“I like it because we are buddy cops here, good cop, bad cop. So, our team-up is more interesting to me because it’s not romantic. It’s a friendship and a partnership in a different way. I think it’s interesting,” she said.
