The vocational high school, Pustek Serpong, has decided not to participate in the free school program for high school/vocational school levels offered by the Banten Provincial Government.
The decision was confirmed at their office on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
The school has expressed concerns that the program would affect its operations and could demotivate the teachers.
According to sources, the assistance of Rp300 thousand per student per month will not cover all operating costs, including teacher salaries and vocational practices.
Therefore, Pustek is currently not participating, but will continue to monitor the program in the future.
