On the 22nd, Kanagawa Prefecture experienced rain from the morning and cooling temperatures, with the lowest temperatures recorded at all five observation points being the lowest of the season.
According to the Yokohama Local Meteorological Observatory, clouds spread and rain fell due to the influence of a stationary front south of Honshu. The lowest temperatures were 11.9 degrees in Miura City and Ebina City, 12.1 degrees in Fujisawa City, 12.3 degrees in Odawara City, and 12.4 degrees in Naka Ward, Yokohama City.
Around JR Kannai Station (same area), commuters were seen taking measures against the cold with thick coats and scarves.
