Police have arrested a 46-year-old man, an employee of a group home, on suspicion of kidnapping for indecent purposes and non-consensual indecent acts. The arrest was made on the 11th. The suspect is accused of taking a young girl, who was a user of a disability support day service, to his home during a pick-up or drop-off and committing indecent acts. The suspect has reportedly denied the allegations, stating he “does not remember.” This information was obtained from investigative sources.
According to these sources, the suspect is alleged to have taken the girl, who has a disability, to his apartment for indecent purposes in late February 2024 and committed indecent acts. He is also suspected of filming the lower body of the girl with a mobile phone, thereby producing four child pornography videos. The girl was a user of the disability support day service where the suspect worked, and he was responsible for her transportation by car.
In November 2025, information regarding the suspect was provided to the police, who then began an investigation.
Investigative sources state that the suspect is currently employed at a different child-related facility than the one he worked at during the time of the alleged crimes. He holds childcare worker qualifications and has work experience at several facilities in the past. Police are investigating the details.
