We asked Moriatsu Nakano (49), the manager of “Spice Bar TARA” (Chuo-ku, Sapporo), a place that serves as a curry restaurant during the day and a bar at night, to teach us a recipe using this ingredient familiar to Hokkaido residents, which can be enjoyed as both a side dish and a snack.
