The “Happy Cup Hokkaido” balance bike race for children was held on the 20th at a special venue in Tsudome, Higashi-ku, Sapporo. Around 150 children aged 2 to 12 from across Hokkaido participated, racing toward the finish line with all their might while cheered on by their parents.
