International Space Station Welcomes New Crew Members
The International Space Station (ISS) has welcomed three new crew members who arrived aboard the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft. The docking procedure was completed successfully at 8:32 AM UTC.

The new crew will conduct over 200 scientific experiments during their six-month mission, focusing on materials science, biology, and technology demonstrations. These experiments are expected to contribute valuable data for future long-duration space missions.
Mission Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Number of experiments: 200+
- Research areas: Materials science, biology, technology
- Spacecraft: SpaceX Dragon
Among the notable experiments is one studying plant growth in microgravity conditions, which could help develop sustainable food production systems for future Mars missions. Another experiment will test new radiation protection materials that could safeguard astronauts during deep space travel.
The crew will also perform several spacewalks to upgrade the station’s solar arrays and install new scientific equipment. These maintenance activities are crucial for ensuring the station continues to operate effectively through 2030.
