“We believe the relationship with customers doesn’t end with transactions but grows through shared values and experiences. Through this program, we aim to create meaningful moments for our loyal customers while reinforcing our commitment to delivering value with relevant and inspiring loyalty initiatives. Customer enthusiasm has been remarkable, with over 18,300 participants in the 2025 UMRAH Untuk Sahabat program—a 21.57% increase from the previous year.”

One winner, Miyati Franciska, shared her gratitude: “When Adira first contacted me, I thought it was a dream. But it was real—I was chosen for Umrah. After 13 years as an Adira Finance customer, stepping into Masjidil Haram and seeing the Kaaba with my own eyes moved me to tears. Allah, this is real. All thanks to Adira Finance.”

For customers who weren’t selected in “UMRAH Untuk Sahabat,” Adira Finance introduced the HARCILNAS (Harinya Cicilan Lunas) 2025 loyalty program, celebrating the company’s 35th anniversary and running through December 2025.

Masjidil Haram

Masjidil Haram, also known as the Grand Mosque, is the largest mosque in the world and surrounds Islam’s holiest site, the Kaaba, in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It has a rich history dating back to the time of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham), who, according to Islamic tradition, built the Kaaba with his son Ismail (Ishmael). The mosque has been expanded numerous times over centuries to accommodate millions of pilgrims during Hajj and Umrah.

Kaaba

The Kaaba is a sacred cubic structure located in the center of the Grand Mosque (Masjid al-Haram) in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It is the holiest site in Islam, believed to have been built by the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) and his son Ismail (Ishmael) as a house of monotheistic worship. Muslims around the world face the Kaaba during daily prayers, and it is the focal point of the annual Hajj pilgrimage, a key pillar of Islam.
