The captain emphasized the importance of maintaining winning consistency ahead of the match against the opponent in week 10 of the 2025/2026 season.

The match will be held at Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium on Monday at 7:00 PM local time.

The captain stated that a busy schedule is no excuse for the team to lower their playing intensity.

According to the captain, the fast-paced competition rhythm actually helps the team maintain positive momentum after achieving two consecutive victories.

“We have another match tomorrow, the schedule is very busy but for us it’s good because we’re in a winning rhythm. We definitely want to continue the positive trend tomorrow and we need three points at home. We need points in the standings to be able to move up again,” said the captain during the pre-match press conference.

The captain emphasized the determination of all players to deliver a victory in front of their supporters. He mentioned that full supporter support provides additional motivation for the squad to perform at their best.

However, the captain also delivered a special message regarding the minor disturbance incident that occurred during the match against Selangor some time ago. He hopes all Persib supporters can maintain proper behavior and set positive examples in the stands.

“I think everyone knows what kind of behavior should be displayed in the stands. Continue doing what’s right and follow the rules. Keep supporting us, this is also for the federation and the club. Let’s make this professional so everyone can enjoy it positively. The club shouldn’t have to face fines due to improper behavior,” he emphasized.

The captain hopes that the atmosphere will remain conducive and full of sportsmanship spirit. He wants the victory to be the result of cooperation between the team and orderly, positive supporter support.

Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium

The Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA) is a modern football stadium located in Bandung, Indonesia, which opened in 2013. Its name, which translates to “Bandung Sea of Fire Stadium,” commemorates a significant historical event in 1946 when Indonesian fighters deliberately set fire to much of southern Bandung as a strategic move against Allied forces during the Indonesian National Revolution. Today, it serves as the home stadium for the popular football club Persib Bandung.
