A 25-year-old history-sheeter, Arbaz Sayed, is accused of beating his wife for hours and holding her hostage in their home in Mumbai. The victim somehow escaped and reached her parents’ house, but the accused followed her there and attacked her again. Upon receiving information, the police arrested him. Investigation revealed that 19 serious criminal cases were already registered against the accused.
