This 30-story building to be built in the Elphinstone Estate has received administrative approval worth 314.20 crore rupees. It will feature special arrangements for government work as well as accommodation for patients from Bihar and their relatives coming for medical treatment.

The building will be constructed in the Elphinstone Estate, Mumbai Port Trust area of Mumbai. The project has been granted administrative approval of 314 crore 20 lakh rupees in a meeting of the state council of ministers.
