Mahakumbh

The Mahakumbh Mela is a massive Hindu pilgrimage and festival held in a cycle of approximately 12 years at four sacred riverbank sites in India. Allahabad High Court

The Allahabad High Court, officially known as the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is one of India’s oldest high courts, established in 1866 in the city of Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad). It was originally founded in Agra before being moved to Allahabad in 1875, serving as a key judicial institution for the state of Uttar Pradesh. The court is housed in a historic building constructed in the Indo-Gothic architectural style, symbolizing its long-standing role in the region’s legal history.

Rajya Sabha

The Rajya Sabha, or Council of States, is the upper house of India’s bicameral Parliament. Established in 1952 under the Constitution of India, it represents the states and union territories and is designed to provide a federal balance and review legislation passed by the directly elected lower house, the Lok Sabha. Unlike the Lok Sabha, it is a permanent body not subject to dissolution, with one-third of its members retiring every two years.

Bihar

Kanpur

Bhopal

Bhopal is the capital city of India’s Madhya Pradesh state, historically founded in the 11th century and later serving as the seat of the princely state of Bhopal, ruled by a succession of Nawabs (Muslim rulers) from the 18th to 20th centuries. It is known for its mix of natural beauty, with lakes like the Upper and Lower Lake, and architectural landmarks such as the Taj-ul-Masajid, one of Asia’s largest mosques. The city is also internationally remembered for the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy, a major industrial disaster at a Union Carbide pesticide plant.

Mehsana

Mehsana is a city in the Indian state of Gujarat, historically significant as a major center of the **Patanvansi Rajputs** and later under the **Gaekwads of Baroda**. It is known today for its proximity to important religious sites like the **Sun Temple at Modhera** and the **Bahucharaji Temple**, which draw many pilgrims. The city’s economy is largely driven by agriculture and dairy production, with the **Mehsana Dairy** being a prominent cooperative.

Muzaffarnagar

Muzaffarnagar is a city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, founded in 1633 by a Mughal nobleman, Khan-e-Jahan Bahadur, and named after his son, Muzaffar Khan. Historically, it has been a significant agricultural and industrial center in the region, known for its sugar production. The city and its surrounding district have also been an important site in modern Indian history, particularly during the 1857 rebellion against British rule.
