Accident at Mumbai Metro Construction Site, Heavy Beam Falls Due to Loss of Balance… See On-Scene Pictures
A major accident occurred this morning during metro construction work in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra Kurla Complex area. A beam was being placed atop a pillar at the metro site when it lost balance and fell straight to the ground. The beam was so heavy that the mobile crane supporting it also became unstable and overturned.
