While addressing the political training program LEADER, organized in Hyderabad under the auspices of Telangana Jagruti, she said that her organization will shape active leadership in Telangana. She suggested that leaders of Telangana Jagruti should learn to criticize sharply without resorting to harsh scolding.

MLC K. Kavitha urged the activists and leaders of the organization to remain active on social media. She said that the government should be questioned on social media, but currently, if you post on social media in the state, you are being jailed.
