Hyderabad: Responding to MLC K. Kavitha’s remarks describing him as “Lilliputian,” BRS legislator and former minister G. Jagadish Reddy stated that Kavitha merely repeated the words used by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and Radhakrishna, the owner of a Telugu newspaper and channel, who manipulate language and rhetoric.
He expressed sympathy for Kavitha regarding this matter. When questioned by the media at the BRS headquarters, Telangana Bhavan, about Kavitha’s comments, Jagadish Reddy remarked that if someone is becoming a weapon in the hands of enemies who have been trying for decades to destroy BRS and tarnish KCR’s character, what more can be said?
Regarding being held responsible for BRS’s defeat in the combined Nalgonda district, he said that if he is credited for BRS’s continuous victories in Nalgonda since 2001, he is also ready to take responsibility for the loss.

He had no objection to this. When asked why BRS did not defend Congress MLC T. Mallanna’s controversial remarks on Kavitha’s poetry, Jagadish Reddy stated that he had not heard the comments, but if he had, he might have responded.
