Chennai: Sundaram Home Finance Limited reported a net profit of Rs 62 crore for the April-June 2025 quarter, reflecting a marginal decline.

The company had recorded a net profit of Rs 66 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. During the quarter under review, loan disbursements increased to Rs 1,488 crore, compared to Rs 1,353 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.

In a statement, the company said its assets under management (AUM) stood at Rs 18,027 crore as of June 30, 2025, up from Rs 14,533 crore a year earlier.

Sundaram Home Finance aims to disburse Rs 180 crore in Gujarat this year. The company opened four branches in Gujarat during the April-June 2025 quarter, including one in Surat.

Traditionally strong in South India, Sundaram Home Finance has also expanded into Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
