Surat. A grand health check-up and blood donation camp for persons with disabilities was organized by the Samprati organization in the Wadi, Pal area of Surat by the Shri Surti Modh Vanik Samaj. Over 1,200 people participated in this event.
During the event, 575 units of blood were collected. Full body check-ups for over 1,200 people were conducted by specialist doctors. 75 bicycles and 75 walking aids for persons with disabilities were handed over to the city BJP office. This assistance will be distributed to needy persons with disabilities by the city BJP office on the Prime Minister’s birthday.
The event was held on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday. On this occasion, a team of specialist doctors conducted comprehensive health examinations for persons with disabilities and provided them with necessary consultations.
Present on this occasion were Gujarat State President and Central Water Power Minister CR Patil, Lok Sabha MP Mukesh Dalal, Surat City BJP President Paresh Patel, and Samprati Foundation President and former Deputy Mayor Nirav Shah. The event was completed with the cooperation of the KP Group of Companies.
