A night meeting and inauguration ceremony for development works was held on Tuesday night in Sanosara village of Rajkot district under ‘Development Week-2025’, presided over by the District Panchayat President. On this occasion, 13 development projects prepared at a cost of 1.375 million rupees were inaugurated in the village.
Approximately 500 citizens participated in the event and observed Gujarat’s golden development journey under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi through the ‘Development Chariot’. Expressing happiness, the villagers said, “The government has truly come to our doorstep.”
As soon as the ‘Development Chariot’ reached Sanosara, a large number of villagers gathered to see it. Furthermore, in the ‘Seva Setu’ camp, citizens benefited from various services such as Ayushman cards, Vay Vandana cards, and income certificates. In the medical camp, villagers underwent free check-ups and received necessary medicines.
Addressing the gathering, the District Panchayat President stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country and the state have witnessed unprecedented development. It was mentioned that through the reduction in GST rates, the Prime Minister has initiated a ‘Savings Festival’, and through programs like Seva Setu, the government has been brought directly to the citizens’ doorsteps.
The 500 people present at the event took the ‘Bharat Development Pledge’.
