In accordance with the « Notice of the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Carrying Out the Work for the 2024 Professional Title Evaluation in Our City » and the « Notice of the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau and the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Relevant Matters Concerning the 2024 Senior and Associate Senior Accountant Professional Title Evaluation in Our City », a list of 323 applicants (5 senior, 318 associate senior) who applied for the 2024 senior and associate senior accountant professional titles and have passed the evaluation is now being publicized (see Attachments 1 and 2 for the lists). The publicity consists of two parts: unit publicity and online publicity by the evaluation committee.

I. Unit Publicity

The applicants who passed this evaluation (list attached) must report and request their respective units to conduct internal publicity. The applicant’s unit must, according to the requirements of the « Notice of the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau and the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Relevant Matters Concerning the 2024 Senior and Associate Senior Accountant Professional Title Evaluation in Our City » and the « Shenzhen Municipal Professional Title Evaluation Committee Professional Title Evaluation Application Unit System Operation Manual » (see Attachment 3 for details), print the post-evaluation publicity materials from the online application system and organize the post-evaluation publicity (by posting the publicity materials in a prominent location within the unit). The publicity period is 5 working days. After the publicity period ends, the applicant’s unit must enter the situation and the unit’s opinion in the online application system, and print the « Guangdong Province Professional and Technical Personnel Application for Professional Title Post-Evaluation Publicity Status Form ». The unit’s discipline inspection (supervision) or personnel department shall provide comments truthfully on the form and affix the official seal, then scan and upload the form to the evaluation committee office via the system by October 15, 2025.

II. Evaluation Committee Online Publicity

The evaluation committee will conduct online publicity for the applicants who passed this evaluation on the Municipal Finance Bureau’s portal website from September 25, 2025, to September 30, 2025. If any organization or individual has objections to the passed personnel, please report the situation in writing to the Shenzhen Accounting Series Senior Professional Title Evaluation Committee (located in the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau) within the publicity period. Complaints from units must be stamped with the unit’s official seal; personal complaints must include the real name and contact telephone number, otherwise they will not be accepted.

III. Other Explanations

According to the explanation attached to the « Notice of the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Carrying Out the Work for the 2024 Professional Title Evaluation in Our City » (see Attachment 4 for details), the workflow after the evaluation is completed is as follows: Complete post-evaluation publicity → Review and confirmation by the human resources and social security department → Issuance of professional title certificates. In accordance with relevant policy requirements, after the conclusion of the 2024 senior and associate senior accountant professional title evaluation post-evaluation publicity stage (including the evaluation committee office’s post-evaluation publicity and the unit’s post-evaluation publicity), the Shenzhen Accounting Series Senior Professional Title Evaluation Committee will submit the list of personnel with no objections raised during publicity and related materials to our city’s human resources and social security department. The electronic professional title certificates will be issued only after the review and confirmation by the human resources and social security department is passed.
