„Expertentreffen zur Laborarchäologie eines Adelsgrabs aus der Liao-Dynastie in der Zhangjiayao Forest Farm in Kangping, Shenyang, in Shenyang“
Zum besseren Schutz der Kulturdenkmäler und historischen Informationen, die aus dem Adelsgrab Nr. 4 aus der Liao-Dynastie in der Zhangjiayao Forest Farm, Kangping, Shenyang, ausgegraben wurden, und um das Projekt der Laborarchäologie voranzutreiben, fand am Morgen des 25. Juli 2024 ein Expertentreffen statt. Das Treffen wurde gemeinsam vom Shenyang Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, der Northwest University und dem Liaoning Provincial Museum organisiert.
An dem Treffen nahmen Experten für die Bewahrung von Kulturgütern und Vertreter einschlägiger Institutionen teil.
The No. 4 Liao Dynasty noble tomb at Zhangjiayao Forest Farm is an archaeological site from the Liao Dynasty (907–1125), showcasing the burial practices and cultural heritage of the Khitan nobility. Discovered in modern-day Inner Mongolia or Liaoning (common Liao territories), the tomb likely contains artifacts and murals reflecting the dynasty’s nomadic and Buddhist influences. Such tombs provide valuable insights into the Liao’s hierarchical society and their fusion of steppe traditions with Chinese customs.
