The 2026 Spring Breeze Action and Employment Assistance Season campaign, launched by nine departments including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, is in full swing nationwide. To promote employment for key groups such as rural laborers and university graduates, a series of special job fairs will be held in the near future.

For Rural Laborers—

On February 22, Rongjiang, Guizhou, will host the “Celebrate Spring Festival, Watch ‘Village Super League’, Receive Job Offers” event. Targeting rural laborers, registered urban unemployed persons, and others, it will provide live-streamed job matching and placement services within the ‘Village Super League’ stadium, offering over 10,000 positions in fields such as electronics manufacturing, garment manufacturing, and logistics and transportation.

On February 25, Anyi, Jiangxi, will combine the 10th Jiangxi (Anyi) Aluminum Profile and Door & Window Expo to hold a “Spring Breeze Action” and Employment Assistance Season special recruitment event. It will provide positions in aluminum profile processing, door and window manufacturing, and more, precisely meeting the employment needs of key groups such as returning migrant workers, helping job seekers find employment close to home.

For University Graduates—

On February 22, Nanjing, Jiangsu, will host the 2026 “Spring Breeze Action” New Year Special Job Fair for Graduates Staying in or Returning to Nanjing. Nearly 100 companies will bring over 2,000 positions in technical R&D, management, and other categories, covering fields like artificial intelligence, software and information services, and manufacturing. The event will feature six main zones: job recruitment, policy consultation, career guidance, comprehensive services, live-streamed job matching, and AI interviews, providing support policies for employment, entrepreneurship, vocational training, and internships.

From February 26 to 27, Ningbo, Zhejiang, will host the 37th University Graduate Supply and Demand Fair. Over 600 companies in industries such as engineering technology (production and manufacturing), cross-border and international trade will provide more than 10,000 job positions, including roles in R&D and technological innovation, business support and operations. The event will also launch two employment and entrepreneurship experience activity routes to help young talents experience the employment and entrepreneurship atmosphere firsthand and learn about relevant support policies.

On February 27, Zibo, Shandong, will hold the “2026 Spring Breeze Action and Employment Service Season University Graduate Special Job Fair” at the Shandong Chemical Industry Professional Talent Market. It will organize numerous enterprises to provide quality positions covering various fields. Concurrently, special lectures on job search pathways in Linzi and career planning for university students will be held, featuring interactive Q&A sessions.
