On June 7, most areas of Hubei experienced overcast skies turning to light rain, with a cool northerly wind. By around 10 a.m., except for southeastern Hubei, temperatures in most regions were below 25°C, dropping by 4°C to 10°C compared to the same time on June 6.

According to the forecast, due to cold air influence, rainfall will continue across the province on June 8, with temperatures remaining low. In areas including southern northwestern Hubei, southwestern Hubei, the Jianghan Plain, eastern northeastern Hubei, and southeastern Hubei, there will be light to moderate rain turning to overcast skies, while other areas will see overcast to cloudy conditions. Maximum temperatures will range from 19°C to 24°C, and minimum temperatures from 15°C to 19°C.
On June 9, the province will turn from overcast to cloudy, with temperatures rising. Maximum temperatures in northwestern Hubei will reach 31°C to 33°C, while other areas will see 26°C to 32°C.
The meteorological department reminds that during the college entrance exam period, students and parents should bring rain gear and adjust clothing to prevent colds. When winds are strong, stay away from billboards and temporary structures to avoid falling objects.
