Hubei Provincial People’s Congress
The Hubei Provincial People’s Congress is the highest organ of state power in Hubei Province, China. It was established following the national model, with its current structure evolving from the revolutionary committees of the Cultural Revolution era and formally reconstituted under the 1982 Constitution. Its deputies are responsible for local legislation, supervision, and appointing provincial officials.
