On the afternoon of August 25, the 2025 “Vitality China Research Tour” Hubei-themed interview activity organized by the Central Propaganda Department visited the Hubei Youth Entrepreneurship Park (Optics Valley) Demonstration Park and the Wuhan Industrial Innovation and Development Research Institute. Dozens of journalists from central and provincial mainstream media outlets conducted on-site research interviews to gain a comprehensive understanding of the new progress and achievements in Wuhan’s industrial innovation, as well as the situation of promoting employment through entrepreneurship and university students’ innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
At the Hubei Youth Entrepreneurship Park (Optics Valley) Demonstration Park, journalists attentively listened to explanations about industrial achievements. Here, the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of Hubei’s youth was deeply felt. It was noted that Hubei’s fertile ground for innovation and entrepreneurship enables vast numbers of students to achieve great success. “I witnessed the growth journey from students to young entrepreneurial business owners, felt the vitality of the innovation ecosystem, and saw how industry-academia-research collaboration injects powerful momentum into innovation.”
At the Wuhan Industrial Innovation and Development Research Institute, journalists visited multiple project exhibitions. It was remarked: “Wuhan is a fertile land where scientific research groups, young people, and entrepreneurs can realize their dreams. The innovation atmosphere in Wuhan is strong, with cutting-edge technologies continuously emerging. Young groups here pursue their dreams and achieve remarkable results.”
Over the next four days, the “Vitality China Research Tour” Hubei-themed interview group (southern route) will travel to Ezhou, Qianjiang, Tianmen, Jingzhou, Yichang, and other locations for on-site research.
