To relevant units and individuals:
In accordance with the “Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Professionalization and Specialization of Food Inspection Teams” issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Professionalization and Specialization of Food Safety Inspection Teams” by the Shenzhen Market Regulation Administration, which require hierarchical management of professional inspectors, the Shenzhen Market Regulation Administration has organized the fourth batch of professional level evaluations for specialized food safety inspectors (food business category). Following relevant procedures, personnel included in the “List of Food Safety Inspectors (Food Business Category) of the Shenzhen Market Regulation Administration” (Shenzhen Market Regulation Announcement [2021] No. 132), ([2022] No. 188), ([2023] No. 115), and ([2024] No. 142) were evaluated for their levels. Through voluntary registration, qualification review, and evaluation processes, the results of the fourth batch of professional level evaluations for specialized food safety inspectors (food business category) are announced as follows:
One inspector was rated as a Senior Food Safety Inspector (Food Business Category);
Six inspectors were rated as Intermediate Food Safety Inspectors (Food Business Category).
These seven inspectors will be included in the Shenzhen Market Regulation Administration’s professional food safety inspector database for dynamic evaluation, appointment management, and utilization.
Rated personnel must comply with the relevant management measures for food safety inspectors and the requirements of the “Shenzhen Market Regulation Administration Professional Food Safety Inspector (Food Business) Commitment Responsibility Statement.” They are to complete annual inspection, training, mentoring, and other related tasks as assigned by regulatory authorities, continuously improve food safety inspection capabilities, leverage professional management and talent cultivation roles, and contribute to food safety in Shenzhen.
