In accordance with the “Shenzhen Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone Management Bureau Foreign Investment Incentive Measures” (Shen Qianhai Gui [2024] No. 3) and relevant industrial special fund regulations, the following is the implementation plan for the 2025 (second batch) foreign investment incentive special funds for certain enterprises. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. The foreign investment incentive applications of 3 enterprises, including Shenzhen SenseTime Technology Co., Ltd., have been approved. The incentive amount is 45.93 million yuan, which will be uniformly allocated from the Qianhai Industrial Development Fund. This fund is a one-time disbursement.

2. Please proceed to the Qianhai Authority to handle the fund disbursement procedures.
