To all government agencies, organizations, enterprises, social groups, and caring individuals:

2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of New China, a crucial year for achieving the goals and tasks outlined in the “14th Five-Year Plan,” and a year for accelerating the implementation of the “Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project” in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City. Vigorously carrying out the Luohu District 2024 “6·30” initiative to support rural revitalization, mobilizing the entire society to actively participate, is of great significance in assisting Luohu District’s paired assistance areas—Longlin and Xilin in Guangxi, Lufeng City in Shanwei, and Chao’an District in Chaozhou—in consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements, effectively linking them with rural revitalization, promoting integrated urban-rural development, and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. On the occasion of the 2024 “6·30” initiative to support rural revitalization, we issue the following proposal to all sectors of society:

Let us jointly participate in the “6·30” initiative to support rural revitalization, focusing our efforts and working together to promote coordinated development between urban and rural areas. Let us jointly create a “Shenzhen Model” for the “6·30” initiative to support rural revitalization, developing more high-quality demonstration projects. Let us extend a helping hand and offer our compassion, taking concrete actions to consolidate and expand poverty alleviation achievements, comprehensively advance rural revitalization, and make greater contributions to building livable, workable, and beautiful villages, and promoting coordinated urban-rural development!

We will adhere to the principles of fairness, justice, and transparency, establish dedicated accounts, implement centralized oversight, promptly disclose donation funds, goods, and their management and usage information, and willingly accept supervision from audit agencies and the public. We will remain results-oriented, pledging that all funds and goods raised through the initiative will be fully used to consolidate poverty alleviation achievements and promote comprehensive rural revitalization. We will ensure service support, actively manage project coordination, implementation, and follow-up work, issue receipts, enhance recognition and incentives, and fully safeguard the outcomes of charitable endeavors.

The sails are set with a favorable wind, and the time for doing good is now. Let us join hands, gather the power of kindness, embark on the journey toward common prosperity, and devote ourselves to the grand cause of rural revitalization with a shared mission and responsibility, accelerating the “Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project” to promote coordinated urban-rural development. We believe that your warm and kind actions will become a brilliant stroke in advancing comprehensive rural revitalization! We eagerly look forward to your participation, working together to build livable, workable, green, and beautiful villages, and jointly painting a magnificent picture of rural revitalization!
