On November 18th, Shengxin Lithium Energy Group Co., Ltd. announced the signing of a cooperation framework agreement for lithium salt products and related party transactions.
Shengxin Lithium Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and Huayou Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huayou Holding Group”) intend to sign the “2026-2030 Cooperation Framework Agreement” for lithium salt product business cooperation. According to the agreement, Huayou Holding Group (in this business cooperation, both parties include their designated subsidiaries) will purchase 221,400 tons of lithium salt products from the Company between 2026 and 2030. Specific annual purchase quantities will be stipulated in the sub-orders signed by both parties.
Shengxin Lithium Energy’s main business includes lithium mining and processing, production and sales of basic lithium salts and metal lithium products. The company has currently built lithium salt production capacity of 137,000 tons per year and metal lithium production capacity of 500 tons per year.
Huayou Holding Group owns multiple controlling and participating companies including Huayou Cobalt and Zhejiang Youshan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Among these, Huayou Cobalt mainly produces ternary cathode materials, while Youshan New Materials primarily produces lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, both requiring substantial amounts of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide.
