Meng Fanli, male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1965, holds an in-service postgraduate degree, member of the Communist Party of China, currently serves as a member of the 20th Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Committee, Governor and Party Secretary of the Provincial Government, and Secretary of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee.
