Jordan’s exports to Syria doubled during the first nine months of 2025, recording a remarkable 383.3% increase driven by the recovery of trade activities between the two countries.

According to foreign trade data released by Jordan’s Department of Statistics, Jordan’s exports to Syria increased to 174 million Jordanian dinars, compared to 36 million dinars during the same period in 2024, reflecting “growing demand for Jordanian goods in the Syrian market.”

Jordan’s imports from Syria also saw growth, reaching nearly 72 million Jordanian dinars, up from 42 million dinars during the same period last year, representing a 71.4% increase.

Bilateral trade volume also achieved “significant” growth during the first nine months of 2025, reaching 264 million Jordanian dinars, compared to 78 million dinars during the same period last year.
