The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the State Administration for Market Regulation have issued the “Action Plan for Stabilizing Growth in the Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry from 2025 to 2026.” The plan proposes that the main expected targets for 2025–2026 are: the average growth rate of value-added in the computer, communication, and other electronic equipment manufacturing industries above a designated size should be around 7%. When including related fields such as lithium batteries, photovoltaics, and component manufacturing, the average annual revenue growth rate of the electronic information manufacturing industry should reach over 5%. By 2026, it is expected that the scale of revenue and the proportion of exports will remain the highest among the 41 major industrial categories. Five provinces are projected to each achieve over one trillion yuan in revenue from electronic information manufacturing, the server industry scale is expected to exceed 400 billion yuan, the domestic market penetration rate of 75-inch and larger color TVs is anticipated to surpass 40%, and personal computers and mobile phones will advance toward intelligence and high-end development.
