On April 17th, the “Science and Innovation Tianfu · Wisdom Converges in Rongcheng” OPC Innovation Elements Empowerment Special Event was held. It focused on the comprehensive needs of OPC entrepreneurs in areas such as computing power acquisition, scenario implementation, government services, and financial support, aiming to accelerate the transition of OPC entrepreneurs from “solo operations” to “collaborative success.”
OPC, as a new form of entrepreneurship centered on “super individuals,” is becoming a new driving force for cultivating new quality productive forces. At the event, the first batch of OPC community capability lists was officially released. Ten communities, including Zhuge Space π Cube, Tianfu Software π Cube, and Changdao π Cube, focus on areas like pure AI, AI + digital culture and creativity, AI animation series, and data + AI, providing differentiated support services such as rent-free workstations, free computing power, direct investment from industrial funds, and market order connections.
“To truly move OPC from ‘possible’ to ‘sustainable,’ it requires not only technical passion but also the empowerment and support of a complete ecosystem.” Adhering to the development philosophy of “government guidance, element empowerment, and market growth” to promote the orderly development of the OPC entrepreneurial model, this event built a full-chain precise connection platform around the lifecycle development needs of OPC, helping OPC entrepreneurs transition from “solo operations” to “collaborative success.”
As one of the first batch of released OPC communities, Zhuge Qizhengying (Zhuge Space π Cube OPC Community) has initially planned a 10,000-square-meter carrier space. “Not long ago, we held the first project review session, selecting over 30 projects from 152 to join the camp, with move-ins scheduled to begin in early May.”
Tianfu Xingu focuses on key tracks such as “AI + technical services, entertainment, consumption, education, and health,” exploring application scenarios for OPC “super individuals” and facilitating the implementation of OPC ecological community scenarios.
Additionally, the Chengdu Technology Business Incubator Association, jointly with the “Science and Innovation Tong” platform, the Sichuan Provincial Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, Chengdu Bank, Haiyi AI, and others, launched the “OPC Community Ecological Innovation Empowerment Action” and jointly initiated the “OPC Community Ecological Empowerment Action Proposal” at the event.
“Physical disabilities are just ‘hardware’ bugs; we want to use AI to ‘fix’ them.” At the event, Min Denghua, a doctoral student from the School of Finance at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, spoke these words that moved the entire audience. As a representative of OPC entrepreneurs, he is dedicated to using artificial intelligence to build digital solutions for people with disabilities.
The product Min Denghua is developing is a voice assistant for people with speech disorders. While mainstream large models have high accuracy in recognizing standard speech, there is still a gap in the accuracy and timeliness of recognizing audio information from special populations. Min Denghua is utilizing AI technology to reconstruct the unclear speech of individuals with speech disorders into standard speech in real-time. Currently, this voice software has been developed and can convert non-standard pronunciation into standard pronunciation.
Similarly, as a representative of OPC entrepreneurs, Zhang Xingzhi, founder and CEO of Wabo Technology, shared how to leverage the OPC model to use AI technology to promote the implementation of intelligent manufacturing scenarios. In Zhang Xingzhi’s view, the core value of an OPC community lies in “letting professionals do professional work.” “One OPC community can serve hundreds of enterprises, which is both an efficient use of public resources and provides tangible support for us entrepreneurs.”
