Haisco Pharmaceutical Headquarters Base
Recently, the headquarters base project of Chengdu High-Tech Zone enterprise Haisco Pharmaceutical officially began operations in the Chengdu Tianfu International Bio-Town.
The Haisco Pharmaceutical headquarters base will serve as an integrated R&D, production, and sales facility, compliant with EU, U.S., and Chinese GMP standards, specializing in innovative drug development and production for cancer and metabolic diseases.
The headquarters base spans 60 acres, integrating an R&D center, GMP production facilities, and an international innovation collaboration platform. In the future, Haisco will focus on the development and industrialization of Class 1 new drugs for cancer treatment at this site.
Qingyang District Fintech Industrial Park Project
At the construction site of the Qingyang District Fintech Industrial Park project on Zhengfu Street in Xiyuhe Subdistrict, a bustling scene of progress is underway. Currently, the project has completed the first basement slab concrete pour, marking a critical milestone as it transitions from foundation work to main structural construction.
The Qingyang Fintech Industrial Park project officially began construction in December 2023, with a total floor area of 177,200 square meters. The complex features two super-high-rise office towers, forming a distinctive “twin-tower” structure.
As a key provincial project, the design follows the “Silk Green Valley” concept, utilizing BIM digital technology for full lifecycle management from design to construction and operation. Upon completion, it will integrate with urban parks, creating a TOD office-commercial complex with smart shared workspaces, experiential retail, and a green, healthy environment.
Chengdu Jiaxiang Longtan New City School (Tentative Name)
What’s the latest on the Chengdu Jiaxiang Longtan New City School construction? On-site, workers are currently handling exterior finishes, with the outlines of teaching buildings, outdoor sports fields, and dormitories already visible. “The project has entered the critical phase of interior decoration and site finishing, with 90% of decoration work completed and overall progress at 70%,” according to on-site reports. The school is expected to be completed by year-end.
The school is a nine-year public boarding institution jointly developed by the Chenghua District Education Bureau, Chengdu Longtan Industrial Robotics Functional Zone Management Committee, and the renowned Sichuan education brand Jiaxiang Group. It covers approximately 57.23 acres with a total floor area of 66,000 square meters.
Beyond advanced facilities, Jiaxiang will provide leadership and teaching staff, aligning management, curriculum, and research with its high standards to create a distinctive, high-quality model school. The design embraces a “future campus in a park city” concept, blending campus and park spaces with multi-layered greenery for an immersive academic environment.
Notably, located in Chenghua Economic Development Zone with its AI robotics industry focus, the school’s architecture incorporates “digital chain matrix” elements through its facade design, enhancing its futuristic, tech-oriented aesthetic.
