Recently, Sichuan’s summer tourism has reached its peak. On August 4th, it was reported that Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area has sold out tickets for multiple consecutive days, setting a new historical record for visitor numbers during the same period.

Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area has a maximum daily capacity of 41,000 visitors. On July 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, as well as August 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, the number of visitors reached full capacity. Tickets for August 5th, 6th, and 7th have already sold out.

Facing continuous peak visitor numbers, Jiuzhaigou’s smart management system and visitor service system have once again received praise. The command center’s large screen, intelligent monitoring system, and dynamic tracking work together to create a comprehensive sensing network, allowing real-time tracking of visitor distribution data. This enables precise implementation of “real-time diversion” strategies to optimize visitor flow at attractions. Tour buses operate with dynamic scheduling and high-frequency departures to ensure orderly transportation.

Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area Administration reminds travelers during the peak summer season to “book first, then travel”: The scenic area strictly enforces a real-name, time-slot-based ticket reservation system. Before traveling, visitors must book tickets and shuttle passes through official channels. Those without successful reservations will not be allowed entry.
