The “May 15 Government Open Day” event helped the public gain a deeper understanding of government responsibilities, procedures, and policy documents, strengthening their trust and support for administrative work. Additionally, through on-site consultations, Q&A sessions, and feedback collection, public opinions and suggestions on policy services were gathered, providing valuable input for the government to develop policies that better meet citizens’ needs.
