On the morning of September 18th around 10:20 AM, JR Kisei Line suspended operations on both tracks between Tsu Station and Ako Station in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. Service resumed at noon.
According to police, a shovel loader being transported on a truck fell off within the railroad crossing and was being removed.
