Man Found Dead on Toyohira River Embankment in Sapporo

Around 1:00 AM on the 15th, a passerby discovered a man collapsed on the Toyohira River embankment in Nakajima 1-1, Toyohira Ward, Sapporo, and called emergency services. The man was confirmed dead at the hospital he was transported to.
