The music festival, initiated by BPC HIPMI Majalengka, was successfully held on Sunday evening (14/9/2025) at Yonif GT 321 Field in Majalengka. This event represents HIPMI Majalengka’s concrete commitment to establishing Majalengka Regency’s identity as a creative city.
The festival featured an engaging blend of local MSMEs, discussions on the creative ecosystem, and a music stage showcasing local musicians and national artists. The presence of Tenxi, Kunto Aji, and Bernadya served as a magnet, attracting thousands of visitors from Majalengka and surrounding areas.
Pride was expressed over the enthusiasm of the citizens.
“Thank you to the people of Majalengka who attended. This incredible enthusiasm shows that Majalengka is ready to become a center of creativity in West Java. It is hoped that through this event, Majalengka will become increasingly known as a region with vibrant and growing creative activities,” it was stated.
According to committee data, nearly 6,000 people attended the event, including visitors from neighboring regions such as Kuningan, Cirebon, and Indramayu. Not only did they enjoy the music, but visitors also supported the growth of local MSMEs through the provided bazaar.
In addition to being an entertainment event, it also served as a meeting space for business actors, creative communities, and the public to build networks, discuss, and formulate steps to strengthen Majalengka’s creative ecosystem.
“HIPHORIA FEST is not just a music concert, but a celebration of the creative ecosystem. We want to make this festival an annual agenda that always brings positive energy to Majalengka,” it was added.
In line with Majalengka Regency’s achievement of receiving the Creative Regency award in the Performing Arts subsector from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, this serves as an important momentum to reaffirm the nickname ‘City of Wind’ as a center of creativity.
