Surat. On the occasion of the 75th birthday of India’s illustrious Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the prominent textile traders’ organization ‘FOSTTA’ is organizing a grand event at Millennium Textile Market-1 with the cooperation of various institutions. The main objective of this program is to realize the Prime Minister’s resolutions of ‘Vocal for Local’ and ‘Make in India’.

On this occasion, the Union Jal Shakti Minister will be specially present. The major programs being organized by FOSTTA are as follows:

The special attraction of this program will be the ‘Vocal for Local’ campaign. All 70,000 traders from 240 textile markets will connect via Zoom meeting and large screens. They will hold the tricolor and banners in their hands to wish the Prime Minister a happy birthday and pledge to promote the use of indigenous goods. This campaign will begin by wearing an Indian brand watch.
