In its efforts to provide a modern and sustainable transportation system, the Riyadh public transport project has announced the availability of electric scooters for rent at several locations along the Blue Line of the Riyadh train; aiming to enable passengers to complete their journeys with ease and flexibility, and to enhance the integration between different modes of transport.
This initiative is part of the city’s pursuit to activate smart mobility solutions and improve the user experience by providing practical options for connecting train stations with surrounding vital locations. It was noted that bringing electric scooters into train carriages is not allowed; this is to ensure passenger safety and organize the movement within the stations.
