Not everyone gets the special opportunity to set foot in the Holy Land. However, this blessing came to those selected for the program. Through the company’s social initiative titled MORA Impact, they departed to perform Umrah in Makkah as a form of appreciation for their dedication and work loyalty.
The three fortunate employees were Erik Setiawan, Devi Andriyani, and Indra Setiawan. They departed on July 10, 2025 and completed their sacred journey over 12 days, before returning to Indonesia on July 21, 2025.
The flight began from Yogyakarta International Airport to Kuala Lumpur, then continued to Madinah. There, they worshiped at the Masjid Nabawi, visited the tomb of the Prophet Muhammad, and prayed at Raudhah. The journey then continued to Makkah to perform a series of worship rituals, including Tawaf, Sa’i, and visits to several historical sites such as Jabal Uhud, Jabal Rahmah, and the city of Taif.
«May MORA always be successful and may this program continue so that other colleagues also get the opportunity to go to Makkah,» said Erik Setiawan gratefully.
Meanwhile, Devi Andriyani also couldn’t contain her happiness. «Alhamdulillah, I was able to complete the Umrah pilgrimage in the Holy Land. Thank you to MORA Impact for giving me this invaluable experience,» she said.
Indra Setiawan added that this spiritual journey was not just about worship, but a life lesson that he would remember forever.
The Founder & CEO of MORA Group emphasized that the Journey of Gratitude program is a tangible expression of the company’s gratitude.
«This is not just about reward, but a spiritual experience that they will always carry in their lives. That’s where the beauty of sharing and the joy of gratitude lies,» he stated.
Similarly, the Creative and Marketing Communications Manager of MORA Group mentioned that employee happiness is the foundation of the company’s success.
«Through MORA Impact, we want to present meaningful programs that inspire the entire MORA Group family,» she said.
This program, which has previously sent selected employees to the Holy Land, serves as tangible proof that MORA Group focuses not only on business but also on the spiritual well-being of its employees. The story of Erik, Devi, and Indra now serves as inspiration that loyalty and hard work can yield extraordinary blessings.
With the spirit of Journey of Gratitude, MORA Group hopes that more employees can experience similar spiritual journeys, making the company not just a workplace but also a home that fosters gratitude and togetherness.
