Motor vehicles originally traveling from south to north on Hengdingzi Street (from Dongfu Street to Jinxing Road) can detour via Dongfu Street, Datangkan Street, and other roads.

Starting August 31, 2025, Datangkan Street in Jinjiang District (from Dongfu Street to Jinxing Road) will implement one-way traffic for motor vehicles from south to north on weekdays from 7:30–9:00 and 17:00–19:00 (excluding winter and summer vacations). Motor vehicles originally traveling from north to south on Datangkan Street (from Jinxing Road to Dongfu Street) can detour via Hengdingzi Street, Dongfu Street, and other roads.

Traffic management authorities will set up and update traffic signals on relevant roads based on the traffic organization adjustments. Violations of this notice will be penalized by traffic management authorities according to the law, with cumulative demerit points applied for traffic offenses. This notice is valid for 5 years.
