Ms. C. admitted to driving on National Highway N2B from Vam Cong Bridge towards Cao Lanh Bridge. After missing the turn-off to National Highway 80, she made a U-turn and drove in the opposite direction.

On August 11, Traffic Police Team No. 1 under the Dong Thap Provincial Traffic Police Department issued an administrative fine of 19 million VND to Ms. D.T.K.C. (64 years old, resident of Lap Vo commune, Dong Thap province) for driving against traffic on a road with a «no U-turn» sign.

Earlier, at 4:30 PM on August 4, through social media monitoring, Traffic Police Team No. 1 received information and a video clip showing Ms. C. driving against traffic on N2B Highway from Vam Cong Bridge towards Cao Lanh Bridge, where U-turns are prohibited.

Upon reaching Lap Vo commune in Dong Thap province, Ms. C. missed the turn-off to National Highway 80 and proceeded to make a U-turn, driving in the opposite direction on N2B Highway.

Based on the violation, Traffic Police Team No. 1 imposed an administrative fine of 19 million VND on Ms. C. and deducted 4 points from her driver’s license.

Authorities determined that the driver involved in the incident where a naked woman fell out of a car in Nghe An committed an administrative violation for opening the car door unsafely.
