Northwestern Hubei will be cloudy to overcast, while other regions will have light to moderate rain. Some areas may experience short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and strong winds. Maximum temperatures will range from 28°C–33°C in northern northwestern Hubei and 24°C–28°C elsewhere, with lows of 21°C–25°C. Northerly winds of force 2–3, gusting to force 4, are expected.
From 8:00 on August 12 to 8:00 on August 13, eastern northwestern Hubei, southwestern Hubei, northern Jianghan Plain, and western northeastern Hubei will see heavy to torrential rain, locally severe downpours. Other areas will have scattered showers or thunderstorms. Some regions may experience short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and strong winds. Maximum temperatures will range from 29°C–33°C in northwestern Hubei and 24°C–30°C elsewhere, with lows of 21°C–25°C. Northerly winds of force 2–3, gusting to force 4, are expected.
